Steve brings more than 20 years of experience in the virtual data room industry, with a strong understanding of how the market and client needs have evolved. Since joining Sterling in 2016, he has played a key role in the company’s growth and global commercial strategy. His previous experience includes Imprima (iRooms) and HighQ, now part of Thomson Reuters, adding a broad perspective across transaction technology and the wider VDR market.

Philip joined Sterling in 2021 as chief strategy & marketing officer. He has more than 30 years' experience of working in strategy, M&A, corporate development, corporate finance, and marketing leadership roles in management consulting, investment banking, public companies, private equity backed firms, and technology startups.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Manuel oversees the global client services teams, leveraging his rich background from entities such as Moody's, Bloomberg, and Datasite. He is in charge of all aspects of user experience and customer success, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless customer interactions.

Rahul has been leading Sterling's innovation and infrastructure since 2013 and is based in our Chennai office. Prior to working with Sterling, Rahul held senior roles with Capgemini and Infosys.
