Geoff Keating

CEO

Since joining Sterling in 2005, Geoff has held several key roles in the business. CEO since 2008, Geoff has been heavily involved in Sterling’s growth including setting up a new software development centre, new European offices, and driving overall company excellence.

Steve Dobson

CRO

Chief Revenue Officer since 2016, Steve has accumulated years of VDR experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and prior to working with Sterling, held roles with Imprima (iRooms) and HighQ Thomson Reuters. Steve is a Member of the Operational Board.

Philip Whitchelo

Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer

Philip joined Sterling in 2021. He has more than 30 years' experience of working in strategy, M&A, corporate development, corporate finance, and marketing leadership roles in management consulting, investment banking, public companies, private equity backed firms, and technology startups. Philip is a Member of the Operational Board.

Manuel Binder

Managing Director Client Services

With over 12 years of industry experience, Manuel oversees the global client services teams, leveraging his rich background from entities such as Moody's, Bloomberg, and Datasite. He is in charge of all user experience and customer success aspects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless customer interactions. Manuel is a Member of the Operational Board.

Magda Godziemska

Head of Product

Magda joined Sterling in 2014 and as the Product Director, effectively guides large teams of highly skilled product developers in Chennai while based at Sterling's European HQ in London. Her leadership contributes to the success and innovation of the company's product portfolio. Magda is a Member of our Operational Board.

Rahul Shah

Head of R&D
and Infrastructure

Head of Research and Development, Rahul has been leading Sterling's innovation and infrastructure since 2013 and is based in our Chennai office. Previously to working with Sterling, Rahul held senior roles with Capgemini and Infosys. Rahul is a Member of the Operational Board.
