Chief Revenue Officer since 2016, Steve has accumulated years of VDR experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and prior to working with Sterling, held roles with Imprima (iRooms) and HighQ Thomson Reuters.

Philip joined Sterling in 2021 as chief strategy & marketing officer. He has more than 30 years' experience of working in strategy, M&A, corporate development, corporate finance, and marketing leadership roles in management consulting, investment banking, public companies, private equity backed firms, and technology startups.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Manuel oversees the global client services teams, leveraging his rich background from entities such as Moody's, Bloomberg, and Datasite. He is in charge of all aspects of user experience and customer success, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless customer interactions.

Magda joined Sterling in 2014 and as the Product Director, effectively guides large teams of highly skilled product developers in Chennai while based at Sterling's European HQ in London. Her leadership contributes to the success and innovation of the company's product portfolio. Magda is a Member of our Operational Board.

Rahul has been leading Sterling's innovation and infrastructure since 2013 and is based in our Chennai office. Prior to working with Sterling, Rahul held senior roles with Capgemini and Infosys.
