Communication: the app's Q&A module provides a flexible and comprehensive interaction for buyers, sellers, investors and fund raisers to communicate around the documents being shared. Our development team were meticulous about this feature, putting great care into making a fully functional mobile version of our desktop counterpart. Users are now able to raise, forward, respond, sort and approve questions from the palm of their hands.
Can the application be enabled or disabled at room level? Yes. At the request of our clients we are able to restrict how, where and when their information can be accessed. Access to the mobile app can be enabled or disabled at room level.
No extra fees: yes, you read it right! The application is free for all data room users. Users will have access to the same information as from a computer and with the same permission levels.
